Mustafar perhaps? Might be, just some volcanic planet.
There is another major volcanic planet from the old republic era. Can't remember the name.
Sleheyron perhaps?
It says "volcanic" in the KotOR Star Map thingy on Dantooine - when you're supposed to sort them into different categories.
It's also a planet cut from the game.
