As not everyone agrees with the Justice, I suppose I'll update the site with something small, Mando has been busy on a base for the Republic Striker cruiser, a small support frigate, about 1.5 times the size of a hammerhead armed with misslelaunchers, to counter hardshielded targets. Like the Centurion, again you're encouraged to use large ships as a backbone and smaller ships for support for your fleet, so it's NOT the case that lower tier units are useless.
As you all know I'm a big fan of stategy. It's like this at the moment:
As you progress in tech lower tier units will still be important, so you will have to keep building them, but you also need battleships and cruisers as a backbone to keep your smaller frigates and destroyers alive so they can give you the egde you need to win the battle, be carefull with your ships, and choose your ships wisely, as their function is very different, everything as a different use and is used in a different way. Also good unit controll is important but any half-decent mod should have that, this mod adds the unit veriaty and actually makes a use out of the different types of weapons, unlike others.
I also included 2 pictures of the concept art from _W_, so you can see what the end result will look like. One pic is a general scetch and when I showed interest in the design _W_ drew a more detailed one.
Hope you all like it, and I will be using the Justice, but the skin will be altered, and it WILl look more like a old republic ship, don't worry I'm not abandoning the era, or as Nomada called it earlier a "collection of packed up models from eras" (?)
