Depends on which faction you play as and which unit you use, though it has quite the garrison to go up against:

16 squadrons (12 spawned at start) of Sith Interceptors (9 fighters each) and 6 squadrons (4 spawned at start) of Sith Heavy Weapon Platforms (4 platforms each)

32 heavy laser cannons + 8 heavy turbolaser turrets, positioned all over the ship.

The Harrower is very much a low range battleship. The 8 heavy turbolasers do a pretty good job of softening up any target, but it's true strength is in the 32 heavy laser cannons. Same role as the Leviathan, just much bigger, much meaner and much more powerful. Also with a much stronger garrison.
