SCAR (L and H): Weapons that are replacing the M4 in the US military.

M468: (Know now as the Barret REC 7) Uses a bullet with more power than the 5.56 NATO, but less recoil than the 7.62!

Redo the H&K G3A3 to use the open battle sights not the "peep hole" sights, and make it a FULLY AUTOMATIC & SINGLE selection

Re-chamber the SIG P226 to .357 SIG

Add Springfield XD40 (.40 Cal Pistol)

Re-chamber the Desert Eagle from .50AE to .44 Magnum

Add the Smith & Wesson 500 Magnum Revolver (largest, most powerful handgun ever made)

Barrett M99 chambered in .416 Barrett (bolt action single load single shot high powered, high accuracy rifle that surpasses the .50BMG round at range & stopping power)

M14: 7.62x51mm Automatic Battle Rifle, basically an upgraded M1 Garand.

VAL: Russian 9X39mm Silenced Assault Rifle

Groza-9/40: Russian 9X29mm Bullpup Assault Rifle with 40mm Grenade Launcher, based on the AK-74U

VSS Vintorez: Automatic Russian 9X39mm Sniper Rifle, very similar to the VAL

SVU: Automatic Russian 7.62X54mm Silenced Sniper Rifle, it is a bullpup variant of the Dragunov

Also, one more request, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ADD THE XM8 SERIES OF WEAPONS! THE PROJECT WAS CANCELED IN 2005!

Suggestion: Add the option of putting rail systems with red dot or reflex sights on certain rifles such as the M-16.

A usable G3A3 would make me so very happy. ^_^

Are you planning to add any heavier sniper rifles, such as the .50 Barret / AS-50 / CheyTac .408, etc... ?

G3A3 is being modified so the sight plate changes percepective so it doesnt obscure view. Will let you how it turns out. I will add the 50 Barret, wasnt included but makes sense. New weapon list is : Raging Bull .44, cz52, Scar-L, Scar-H, Striker, M14, HK416, Skorpion, .50 Barret and new Concept Weapon Avenger A.X.E.. All LMG's and all CS Weapon Models have been replaced. Some other low quality old replacements have also be switched. Thanks to SaxonSwine all weapons have a new ultra realistic sound pack.

Don't mean to bug ya, or anything, but have you guys thought of adding heavy machine guns on to structures, like in overpass, and the other outdoor maps for defense?

Yes, I want Weapon platforms for sure, just haven't come across any Props/Models, also would like view model for use, instead of floating weapon, but I guess I would settle for just the prop. If you find any get me a link, more realistic the better. Could tie Platform Operation with capping conditions. Require Shock Troops, Suppressor Troops to be at weapon platforms in order to cap.

Speaking of hand cannons, is there any chance of getting the glock in 10mm, or getting a Bren 10 in the game? 10mm is an incredibly hot round, lol.

Another thing, some of the glare / reflection on some of the scopes, especially the P90 scope is awful... Is that going to be fixed, or is it supposed to be that way?

The p90 scope is a red dot sight dude. Its just a reflection on the glass from whatever light source you're next to i'm sure.

Still, the reflection off of it is god awful, so much at times, at least in Lockdown, that I can't even see what I'm shooting at.

Ok so i have been replacing some models and GUI's in the latest 2.8.1 release and have run across some very nice models that offer lots of options, I am running into obstacles for instance I was replacing the M16A2 with the "Project Realities M16A4" which comes either with or without an ACOG, its a truly superb model but will not show due to file name changes and associations apparently. I ave also found the perfect Sig P228 replacement and have lots of other ideas for this mod, im only a novice modder for half life but if you want I would like to help out, so far i have corrected 20 iron sight errors and replaced some models with much higher poly and more realistic looking ones. I am using Acid Snakes M249 SAW and it is excellent when sighted in, I massacre the enemy AI in CQB with it, all in all i have probably put in 20 hours of work since version 7 of this mod. I see TONS of potential here and I believe with time and proper balancing this could be Mod Of The Year when finished. Not many mods boast true bullet physics and weapon damages. I am US Army SMP and have fired most of the weapons in this mod, I also own a few Sig Sauer handguns (im a Sig fan) and know exactly how the operate and feel. Feel free to private message me for more information, i hope to hear from you guys soon.

Very Nice Man!!! We have with alot help from SaxonSwine made some major improvements in the next version 3.0 to Models. I also have already replaced some weapons and added new ones. I apologize for taking so long to get back, I have been heads down redoing Weapon Selection/Deployment System. Now have soldier classes and much faster pace re-spawn. I am almost completed an interim release which will have the new models. I will send you the download link and we can then talk about integrating your work. OK so my latest work to help you with this mod has been to find the most realistic and well polished skins and redo the ammunition system a bit. I have PAINSTAKINGLY gone through thousands of rounds (yes thousands) to find the most powerful and popular in each caliber used in this mod. I also included .357 Sig as I believe the Sig P226 should be chambered in that caliber (I personally love the .357 Sig round it has EXCELLENT terminal ballistics). Rounds included are .38 Special, .44 Remington Magnum, .500 S&W Magnum, .45 GAP for the Automatic 45 Glock, .45ACP, 5.7x28mm, 9mm Luger (9x19mm), .357 Sig, .380 ACP, 10mm Auto, .40 S&W, 7.62x39 Russian, 5.45x39mm Russian, 7.62x54 Rimmed Russian, .223 Remington (5.56x45mm NATO), .308 Winchester (7.62x51mm NATO), 6.8mm Remington SPC, .338 Lapua Magnum, .416 Barrett, & .50 BMG. If I have missed a caliber let me know and I will add it to the list for ammunition types. I do know the differences between the .223 vs 5.56 NATO as well as the .308 vs 7.62x51 NATO I just used the civilian rounds as a base of information since the NATO rounds are just usually FMJ-Ball. As you can see I have been very busy and its very tedious work, I hope you can use it.
