Normandy '44: European Theater combines a higher level of realism with a more elaborate doctrine system, which incorporates almost 50 different military units that took part in the period of Jun-Sept 1944. This spectrum ranges from divisions of free Polish and French units serving under the main allied armies to volunteers from the Eastern Front that served in the German Wehrmacht. This is only a small portion of the doctrine variety however, as we feature numerous well known units of all factions as well. The mod also features numerous new abilities and custom made units each with a completely revamped size and structure. Between custom made units and structures with historically correct skins, Normandy '44 offers over 150 NEW UNITS, making for an almost endless variety of different scenarios and unit actions. Combined these factors provide for an experience unlike any other mod for CoH!

Well from the looks it is the 50mm. Whether or not the other Panzer IIIs do, who knows.

Actualy Mow gave permision to use the models for all if they dont get money from them... I'm pretty sure they allowed everyone to use this model and it looks quite ugly, undetailed if you ask me and incorect in some parts.

I thought the same about "universal permission", but when i spoke to them that IS NOT the case. Each mod/modder has to ask.

And no the models/skins are no prefect. As a matter of fact this one has a diffuse texture, but no specific nrm, glos, etc... Plus I animated it using the limited skills I have.

It isn't perfect - but it shoots, moves, etc... and most important - we wee going to add a panzer III into the game one way or another - would you rather see this or a much prettier panzer IV that we call a panzer III?

We have modelers - and we have skinners.

They are all very talented.

BUT, we are adding 70 something models. If you guys ever want to actually play N44 v2.0, we will have cut some corners here and there - and using MoW's stuff (which it is their model and their skin) is one corner we can cut. It would literally take years to properly model and skin from scratch all the models we need. For now we use what we can and improve in the future (after v2.0 is released more than likely - if we try and make each one perfect for v2.0 we will be waiting years)

that would be great and who knows if someone releases the model and it looks better you could just use that one
one more question is it possible to use more mods at once or will they effect each other ?

One thing you should fix ASAP, is the shields. They are located too far from each other, in reality they were overlapping each other - and there should only be four shields on each side (and about 3/4 of the sprocket wheel should be visible from the side)

It looks to me that you are using the shields from the Men of War StuG IV (or Pz4H) instead of the correct shields from the Pz3 in MoW.

~Zeke.

@ Zeke - you are correct that there should be 4. I am using the shields from the Pz III, but the bones and animations from the Pz IV (hence the 5 shields - I had to add an extra one otherwise the 4 shields are shoved way to the front - picture the front 4 in that pic without the rear 5th and that's what it looked like). My animation skills are limited to using existing skeletons, as I can't actually create and .rga

But, I am our only animator at the moment (anyone willing to "help out" won't touch the MoW models since they can't use them in their own mod or release them to the public), so I have to deal with what I have to deal with.
