No dudes. Lighting is cool this way. If we were to believe every single zombie-related game so far, zombies would only be around at dusk, night, and dawn. A day map is fine.
Even for the day, there is a lack of sunlight in that blue sky. It doesn't have to be night or dawn or dusk, but in its current state the lighting is still very bland. Although we can only expect updated shots to see how it is coming along..
now just throw 10-20 zombies in that thar open space...
I feel the lighting is incredibly bland. The mood would carry better at dawn or dusk.

Maybe there is too many clouds for the sun to be seen? Besides, the map looks great. The lighting is fine.
it looks "bland" because there are no long shadows being thrown. Moving the sunlight to behind the buildings would help with this.,
Maybe in this mod.....the sun gives off a blueish tint..?
