Aug 15, 2008 Full Version 7 commentsThe latest version of NLMSS. This is a small update who change the resource cost of most infantry units.
This is a mod for Dawn of war: Dark Crusade/Dawn of War: Soulstorm (Dawn of War Orginal/and Dark Crusade is needed). What this mod does is just as the name says: Deletes all limits. You can build how many as you want of any unit/building. I think there is still some small bugs but I think you can live with them. The Squad- and Vehiclecap is changed to 0, but all units required cap is also changed to 0. So this mod make that you can build unlimited amounts of units, as long as the map is big enough (hehe). But I have to warn you: you may experience heavy lag when playing this mod, so a tip, set your graphics at low, so your chance to experience lag is smaller. This mod also does that you don't need any complicated tactics, it's just to build units and attack. Well, hope you find this mod fun anyway.

i have a tip for u guys when playing as necrons with this mod play against the orks on the map deadmans crossing (1vs1) then go to the chockpoint beside the river not in the river but up on the hill capture the 2 strategic points then build obelisks on them upgrade them to lvl 3 (make sure ur building ur base up as well) then build 1 guass turret in front of each obelisk 1 beside facing inside each obelisk and one diagnal to the obelisk facing the river and then build 2 turrets behind each obelisk upgrade the 2 turrets behing each obelisk to the anti armor the build 2 necron lords the place them beside the obelisks and upgrade them with the invisible cloak thing (from the archive) them wait for the orks to come whenever i play this way all my defenses are invisible (if u placed the necron lords propperly) and the orks never send a commander or any stealth detecting unit they just send endless waves of shoota and slugga boys if u have a good pc then set the settings persistent blood and persistant bodys to high then enjoy the river will be filled with dead bodies!!!!
I find beating anyone race with the necrons is easy. Except the Eldar. That's just plain slow.
hey how about this can u make it so in the campaign the veteran guard people like the veteran marine spawns as a squad and can be upgraded as a squad? that be awesome
Sure I can. Relic (or maybe I should say Ironlore) made the veterans so they already are a squad, but with only one member. I'll just change the min and max members of the squad :)

That should give a fair edge against the Tau and there veteran armies.
For the next update, I think I'm going to delete the reinforcementsystem, so you cant seinforce your troops, but instead the squad will spawn as full squad. The problem is that I need to delete the weaponupgrades if I want to do so, but no worry, I'll search after a solution.
my problem was with commanders... the orks actually arent that bad. IG are the worst i get jumped by endless command squads from the IG.
Same here. It's the WH40K AI. I never see tanks or nothing in SS in this NLM. Kinda sucks to play against.
Now, I have a little request for those who play NLM. If you find any bugs/issues, please report them here, so I will be able to fix 'em!
