Idk, maybe it starts to ring, and then you press "E" on it and grabs it, after that you hears a creepy voice then a scream and something behind just woooosh disepear, you fast look backwards and seeing someone and then just disepear :D

Very nice area indeed ! This is the phone you have to use when you call for help because your car's been vandalized in the adjacent underground parking area. Classic !!
It would be cool to add some pipes and things but it has very good atmosphere.
