I played this mod a long time ago, and it was great, despite of the old engine or graphics, i'm thinking about downloading it again. :D

Playing as someone other then Gordon Freeman was somewhat hard for me to adapt to back in the days, But now, Playing as ordinary people like a Soldier or Guard are second nature to me.
"Night At The Office" has you playing as an office drone who is alerted of Terrorists attacking a parcel center and you must save the building.
Night At The Office is one of the "Next Generation" mods, Mods that stepped out of traditional roles and into new homegrown ones. While you only have 5 weapons:The Flashlight, Fire Axe, Beretta 92FS, AK47, and Shotgun, They feel like genuine Half-Life Weapons.
Combat can get a little hard when you are in close quarters because NATO is a mod based around stealth and large scale gunfighting.
The mapping is very excellent and it feels like an actual office you are in during the mod, Voice acting feels bland but it makes this mod enjoyable.
A good mod. Good story, great mapping, and voice acting that's so bad, it's good ;).

A legitimate and fun mod, good story. 3 different endings.
Multiple endings, custom weapons and cosy level design. All that combined results in the best mod for half-life. At least for me. I strongly recommend to try this one out, you won’t regret it.

Night at the Office is one of the earlier total conversions we rarely see in HL and it's not quite perfect. The whole mod earns the title of total conversion as nothing is really taken from the original game. The issue with the mod is that the map design is not very good in many areas. The basic idea is that terrorist have attacked your office tower and you are trying to escape. The main goal is to ascend down the tower floor by floor and even though I love the idea climbing up or down a tower with new interesting rooms on each floor, NatO doesn't really offer interesting maps, as naturally, this is an office building grounded in reality. Speaking of reality the mod is chose a realistic approach in design. You lose all your ammo in the magazine/clip when you manually reload and can die very easily. This is welcome additions for a mod like this.
Overall a good mod that could be a bit boring to some people who are looking for that clear paths and action/puzzle solving combo.
