Great mod, I thought the constant health mechanic was interesting.

Very good , thrilling and immersive even though it's in the Goldsource engine . Everyone should try it !

I played this mod a long time ago, and it was great, despite of the old engine or graphics, i'm thinking about downloading it again. :D

Enjoyable mod :) really love the pacing and tense mood that it gives off. I just wish it was longer :D

Playing as someone other then Gordon Freeman was somewhat hard for me to adapt to back in the days, But now, Playing as ordinary people like a Soldier or Guard are second nature to me.

"Night At The Office" has you playing as an office drone who is alerted of Terrorists attacking a parcel center and you must save the building.

Night At The Office is one of the "Next Generation" mods, Mods that stepped out of traditional roles and into new homegrown ones. While you only have 5 weapons:The Flashlight, Fire Axe, Beretta 92FS, AK47, and Shotgun, They feel like genuine Half-Life Weapons.

Combat can get a little hard when you are in close quarters because NATO is a mod based around stealth and large scale gunfighting.

The mapping is very excellent and it feels like an actual office you are in during the mod, Voice acting feels bland but it makes this mod enjoyable.

A good mod. Good story, great mapping, and voice acting that's so bad, it's good ;).
I'd love to make a Source version of this.

A legitimate and fun mod, good story. 3 different endings.

Concept was unique for a Half-Life mod, and I thought it was done well.

Night at the Office was a very disappointing mod to me, only completing the game in under an hour, this mod tries to bring a new and immersive campaign but fails with its laughable voice acting that sucks all the seriousness out of the mod, well if you can call it voice acting because it just sounds like people talking in their normal voice with very little emotion in their voices.

What I mean is that you just don't care about these people and I was literally laughing my *** off when I was shown the "sad" ending.

And everything else about the mod just feels uninspired and mediocre. The models are just a combination of pieces ripped from other Half-Life games ( although does look nice), the sound effects are either place holders or under-powered and there is no music.

Now I know it sounds like I hate this mod and that it is the worst, well it isn't.
I actually enjoyed this mod quite a bit, the weapons feel nice, the gameplay isn't boring unlike other mods and for a mod made by one guy it certainly is amazing with all the paths(although minimal) and extras in the game.

It's just that this mod is very short which is my main problem.

I know many will not agree with me but I don't think this was a very good mod. It did have good level design and some interesting game play mechanics, and I do like the homage to the classic action film Die hard. However the bad outweighs the good in the mod unfortunately. The game play was kind of fun at times and bland at others, very short length, and the voice acting is pretty flat. The terrorist voices were the worst, they didn't even sound like terrorists or menacing in any way, just incredibly…
