I'd like to sincerely thank everyone in the community for their support over the years; without you, I wouldn't have had the motivation to continue working on this project for 5 years of my life. I'd also like to thank someone else; if you're reading this you know who you are: thank you.

Exceptional texture mod that adds a significant amount of detail to an already exceptional game. Many thanks to the developers of New Vision for bringing a old gem to new life. In a nutshell, this mod makes everything look better from a world texture standpoint. I've installed this thing, made sure the New Vision textures are selected in the launcher, made sure the .ini fix is there (followed the readme), and the new textures still aren't displaying for me. I'm running XP with a Geforce 8400 GS card. Any ideas on why this isn't working?
Maybe OpenGL didn't install correctly - try manually installing it by downloading it from here:
Cwdohnal.com
(Copy the files into DeusEx/System)
Then adding the appropriate lines to the .INI

VOTED: Excellent job guys, this mod made me play a game that I didn't want to play (despite it being in the number 1 possition on most of lists for best games of all time), because of it's very poor graphics, which I don't usually take into account when playing games, but this games poor graphics were exceptional. So i'm so glad that you came through with this mod as I would have missed out on the best game of all time...Cheers.

A whole new reason to reinstall Deus Ex, again, after a while.
Not super tech savvy here. How do I know which renderer will work best? My comp has DirectX 11 and I have an AMD Radeon card. Thanks.
Direct3D 10 will look the best. OpenGL is just a fall-back for older graphics cards.
