Place of action is still not specified, but it will not be Europe.
I will post this mod to nexus soon, but i think i need a playable mod file to post it there :/

I would really suggest, once finished, to post this on New Vegas Nexus, people there won' troll you and all.
I highly recommended you also post this mod in Fallout New Vegas nexus as well, more people there and you can get suggestion and opinion cause everyone there play Fallout New Vegas.
