This is a total conversion of Sins of a Solar Empire. five new playble races will be introduced each with differing play styles and apearances. The focus of this mod will be small and large scale fleet stratagy and empire building.
The most powerful beings in the galaxy, the Harbingers have wondered the stars since they were first young. Having observed the rise and fall of countless empires these being are vast wells of knowledge stretching back beyond comprehension. Created by some long forgotten race the Harbingers go through cycles of sleep sometimes lasting for millions of years. This cycle continued unbroken until one of the most powerful of the harbingers, known as Garnlathian (rough T.E.F translation) created the first of the Cybers. Garnlathian created them and imbued them with minds of their own teaching them of the "Creators". Garnlathian returned to slumber in some unknown part of the galaxy. It's children the Cybers became convinced of his divinity and declared the "creators" their gods. Harbingers today serve as leaders of the Cybers who have been replicating themselves for thousands of years. Utilizing their advanced command protocols near impenetrable shields and wormhole generators the Harbingers serve as an extremely effective command and control platform.
