Sadly due to recent updates of Call To Arms the animation basis for the majority of our weapons have been removed with the base game removing the animations for the MG, this has caused us to be in a place where we must either fix it ourselves or wait until the base game adds the MG animation back in, sorry for the delay, however we are working on another mod that we believe to be unique and hope you will all enjoy as that mod as much as we do as it is brought into the light more. We are disheartened by the fact that this has happened as we will not be able to really play the mod either however this will give us more time for more content being put into the mod such as objects and maps, suggestions for such and ideas for them will be greatly accepted. On a further note, us being a small mod team would gladly welcome fellow modders to assist us (along with a slight background check due to past complications) but if you are a modder wanting to help feel free to contact us and let us know what you can do, preferably with proof of such.
Thank you for understanding, we hope to fix this soon.

owies.
damnit Call to Arms...
The "human_anm.ext" located in the animation folder is the file you're looking for.
You could either add the lines back in manually or revert to a previous patch and extract the older version with the lines still present.
Its hardcoded in the game, me and buzztron already tried figuring out a way. What they did was made any weapon with the tag MG use the stand_fire_gun animations instead of the stand_fire_mgun since that was causing some issues with the new fps direct control. So until they fix it engine wise modders are ****.
Wow... I haven't played with the new update, but the terrible vanilla animations were one of my biggest gripes to begin with and now they're removing animation flexibility. With how long this game has been in early access **** like this is just a joke.
**** love mod so far keep it up
