The Network Addon Mod, or NAM, is a modification for SimCity 4 Deluxe (or SimCity 4 with the Rush Hour Expansion pack), which adds a myriad of new transport network items, ranging from ground light rail, to fractional-angle roads, to roundabouts, and much more. It also includes bugfixes to Maxis items and a highly optimized set of traffic simulator plugins, improving pathfinding accuracy and performance.

The tram doesn't appear for me :/
You likely need a high enough population for sims to start using the tram more often.

En haut de la page, sous le titre, cliquez sur Télécharger, puis sur la page qui se charge il devrait y avoir une liste de téléchargements, et l'un d'eux ne disent Network Addon Mod - Version 31.2. Cliquez dessus, puis sur la page qui s'affiche, cliquez sur le bouton rouge qui dit Télécharger maintenant.
