At last, we have some in-game footage to show you! Taken from an early part of the game, this section sees you attempting to restore power to the bowels of the ship, and set the engines in motion. But is someone trying to thwart your progress...?
Apologies for the rubbish quality. We should have a higher-definition version available to download in the very near future. And don't worry - the whole game's not this brutally dark. Once the power's back on, you'll be able to see Neptune in all her glory!
Enjoy!
Looks spooky.
looks great. I believe that guy that is talking is already dead
lol such a bioshock ripoff but im interested :)
dont think of it as a rip off, but more as a tribute to a great game
Looks wait to scary for me
xD
Nice enviroment. Great work.
This looks great guys. I can see you guys put in a lot of effort into it. Keep it up.
Lookin good, keep up the good work!
nice use of sound. although the voice actors seem a bit young. Not child young... but teens-mid 20's
reminds me of penumbra though.
Looks great.
Excellent level design
whooo that was scary.
I hope you make alot of custom content after you have made the maps hella scary...
Looks really nice the map seems kinda bare though maybe some different (custom) textures or something.
Thanks for all the incredibly valuable feedback. We're taking notes and coming up with ways to improve Neptune based on your comments. Visually, this vid certainly doesn't show off the most extravagant areas of the ship. Plenty more unique content in the other parts of the game. We hope to have more in-game footage to show you in the near future.
"reminds me of penumbra though." Yeah, me too. That's not really a bad thing though. Good work!
Funnily enough, I'd just finished playing Penumbra before finishing off this level. :)
Even though I've only played Penumbra's demo - I really loved it. So if this is similar somewhat to Penumbra then it will be a very awesome mod! :D
Oh, man, you have to play more of it. The demo's probably the weakest bit. Working primarily as a games critic, it's one of those games that I absolutely love when people say they like it. It's so rough around the edges that, professionally, I probably couldn't really recommend it to anyone on a mass scale. But if you like that sort of thing (a cliché, I know) then it's delicious.
