NEOTOKYO° is a first person shooter that aims to provide a visceral & realistic combat experience in a rich futuristic setting. NEOTOKYO° takes place in and around a fictionalized Tokyo approximately 30 years in the future. Mankind has begun to fuse with technology. Government and corporate corruption have transformed Tokyo into a deadly dystopian nightmare. After a near-successful military coup by ranking members of Jinrai, the National Security Force (NSF) is formed - answering directly to the Prime Minister, it's mission is to investigate and eliminate all threats to Japan, both abroad and at home. The initial core of the NSF is made from an exodus from within the intelligence branch of the military. With this betrayal begins the war in the shadows between the NSF and Jinrai.
NT Client Patch 10.23.09 out this Friday
New NT Client Patch 10.23.09 out this Friday (October 23rd, 2009) with fixes and 7 new maps including a bonus night version of Dawn known as Dusk.

This Friday we will be releasing our NT Client Patch 10.23.09. This patch addresses a bunch of issues that are present in the current release version of NT. This client patch includes bug fixes, gameplay tweaks, balance tweaks, map fixes, exploit fixes, weapon changes, etc... It will also include 7 new maps one of which is a nightvision friendly version of nt_dawn_ctg and will be known as "nt_dusk_ctg". Here is some media to introduce you to some of what's to come-

Yes! The first release was very good but not without its faults. So i'm thrilled about this patch.
Looking forward to the NT_bullet map, which was in the original trailer!

Were still working on a buncha features for next update, our concern for this update was fixing bugs/errors + maps

I really like those pheripal vision screenies. Looking forward to the update, im not a regular player but this is going to give me a couple of hours of fun i guess.
One concern though. Whatever happen to the Deathmatch gametype maps? Are these the gametype maps for the DM mode? Or is it still for CTG?

I see competitive potential in this game, this would make for an amazing teambased game, if it was to play 6on6 or something like that it, you'd have to think about what classes you use and how you play. Pub is awesome as well. Maps are amazing too!
