Neon Wars its a very small mod (self-sufficient mod) and work without Deus Ex but file weighs much more (~ 400 MB) course if you have Full Deus Ex copy game on your pc you can download only mod (~ 80 MB)

The first 30 seconds where a little boring but once it picked up, it was pretty good.
Interested to know what program you used/how you made this actually.

I used/using Sony Acid to montage from samples and sometimes I using Keyboard and other instruments ;)
