Nehrim Professional Voice Acting German Version video - Nehrim: At Fate's Edge mod for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Total Conversion for Oblivion: "Nehrim - At Fate's Edge" is a finished Total Conversion for the RPG The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. That means it is a self-contained game that bases upon the Oblivion game engine, but has no relation to Oblivion's lore. It is a world in which neither Tamriel nor any other TES based name exists. The continent itself on which the game is situated is called Nehrim, it is completely independent from the base game. Nehrim was developed by the Sureai Team (www.sureai.de). We have already created two Total Conversions for Morrowind, named Arktwend and Myar Aranath, but unfortunately there never was an English version of them. This time, however, we will develop an English version of the project with translated texts and German voice acting.

but I believe i read that an english version is planned, and they hope to have the same level of acting.
@sureAI: good work with the background music, it has that same alluring draw to it that the soundtrack to Fable had (Fable was a horrible RPG, but great for its artistic styling.)
@archkyrie Fable wasn't a rpg in the sense that oblivion and morrowind are rpgs, Fable was more of an action game, and a ******* amazing one at that.
If this was done in English it would be guaranteed to be mediocre at best!
Unless people can wait another year to train/and/or find the same level of actors that would work for free, then maybe it might be doable.
But in an Capitalist-based society it would be extremely hard to find professional-level actors that would do this for free.

As long as it's well written and flows naturally, I don't care about the actual language. Great job on the audio, I hope you developers do an equally good job on the subtitles.

Yeah, we did. Kreo at 3:30 was one of the voice actors in the German version of Oblivion.
