Nehrim 1.5.0.8 Full - French Version
Dec 6, 2012 Full Version 0 commentsOblivion Total Conversion Nehrim Full Installer 1.5.0.8 (FR) French Version - German Voice Acting and French Subtitles
"Nehrim - At Fate's Edge" is a finished Total Conversion for the RPG The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and at the same time one of the biggest mods for this game at all. Total Conversion means it is a self-contained game that bases upon the Oblivion game engine, but has no relation to Oblivion's lore. It is a world in which neither Tamriel nor any other TES based name exists. The continent itself on which the game is situated is called Nehrim, it is completely independent from the base game.
Nehrim was developed by the Sureai Team (www.sureai.de). We have already created two Total Conversions for Morrowind, named Arktwend and Myar Aranath; the first was also translated into English.
The English version of Nehrim that will include translated texts and German voice acting will be released in early September 2010.
Our aim was to create a fantasy world which is as lively and atmospheric as realisable in the limits of our possiblilities. We primarily developed Nehrim for those players who love RPGs and were disappointed by Oblivion on that score. Nehrim will be a role playing game with elements of action, no action game with elements of role playing games.
The development of Nehrim has come to an end, check out the sequel:

This is huge.
First, thanks to all folks who voted us to the Top 100 list. Thanks to the translation team - although we know that the English translation is far from perfect, we'll be trying to improve it in future patches. Thanks to all who contributed to this mod!
The SureAI team will do its best to earn the success even in the future:

An addon is under development. It will continue Nehrim's story line from the moment the original game's main quest ended. In other words: Stay tuned and expect much!

Feels like an all new game to me, astonishing work!
The level of detail is absolutely amazing, the story great.
Better than most commercial RPGs on the market today!

does it work with GOTY version? (installed with every expansions, armor addons etc.)
whats the max level in this game and can you create spells like in the original?
There is no real max level, although you level quite slowly from level 30 onwards.
And you can't create spells like in Oblivion.
how can i alocate more ram to nehrim? i have 12gb (and 64bit os so - 3(2 for os 1 for background)
whats the max level in the game?? or is there a limit of some kind in the skill levels?
Just started playing this a few days ago. Amazing mod. I liked Oblivion, but Nehrim is so much better. There's really no comparison. The story is 10x better, there's so much more detail everywhere, you actually get rewarded for exploring and dungeon crawling...I could go on and on.
Unfortunately, the game started crashing and freezing a lot for me. Any tips?
Vista 32
Q6600
GTX 570
4 gb ram
I played the first 10 hrs with only a few crashes, but lately it's crashing every few minutes. I don't know if it's Vista, Oblivion, or what. I have all the graphics settings maxed out. I've noticed a few shadow glitches (shadows on faces just look wrong). I'm going to try turning down some of the shadow/lighting settings to see if that helps.
It's probably the Vista, as Oblivion doesn't work too good on Vista. At least to my experience. If you crash a lot, try to reduce graphics, view distance etc.
I really recommend to get Windows 7 though.
GREAT MOD, CHEERS.
Yeah i thought that was ********.I can run oblivion with 35-45 fps on max graphics. Nehrim on max runs about 1-10 fps. Even on its lowest settings it runs ******!
but its still an amazing game :))
