Naruto: Ninja Densetsu is a Third Person Shooter with RPGs element based upon the popular Naruto manga and anime created by Masashi Kishimoto. You will be able to customize your character, use jutsu's, walk on walls, more or less everything you know from the anime. Besides that, the game will look graphically as UT3, only with an anime type of feel. Ofcourse, we can't do all this work by our own! So, if you think you can animate, model, code, map, create sounds and music or anything else and you are willing to help us, then please post an application thread on our forum here (be sure to register first)! Also feel free to track our development here on ModDB! When we post an update you will be the first to here about it.

I've been watching this mod since it was Quake 3 standalone, and I have one major thing to say:
If you guys finish this game, even if it is only average (and the only thing you guys could mess up on now is the gameplay), I will never ever stop playing it.
This is seriously my dream game. Not Crysis, not GTA, not Spore, not a random Naruto fighting game produced by money-hungry developers, this. Naruto in full 3-D combat, third-person-shooter style. Combining my love of anime with my love of gaming. If you guys manage to pull this off, I will play this game for the rest of eternity.
But seriously, I won't play this game for the rest of eternity if you mess up on Rock Lee. Rock Lee (and of course some people will laugh at me for this) is the most frickin awesome character in the Naruto series. I mean, look at how fast he can move. And opening the gates, nothing else needs to be said about that. PLEASE let him have gates!

Perhaps the lack of pictures, some pople don't know that pictures =/= progress.

Pictures and other publicity stuff is important ... its sad to say, but even though progress is better than previews ... previews help build a fanbase and support for the mod >_>

yes get more people to buy UT3! its alot cheaper now too (about 30 bucks on steam I think)
