Moddb.com Download this, drop it in your gamedata folder, and use the Play_MBII.bat file to start it.

It is a multiplayer mod, so it will not have anything to do with your campaign, no need to worry about that!

That should work but you can also just drag and drop it straight from the zip folder into gamedata. Should save a step.

There is currently a crash there. We have an a fix already for it, but are waiting on a few other crash fixes before we do a patch.

However, there is a temporary fix for the one at that location that you can get here: Dropbox.com

replace the MBAsset2.pk3 in the MBII folder with this, and you should be good.

I think i shouldnot ask but i remember when i was watching beta test session at 31 th August at 2011 if i m correct.

I saw a map which one had sharks at FA (blue team had sharks) and red team had survivors that they were staying on ship that was sinking slowly and i think that map's name was shark or jaws..

i thought it will be a release on movie game map pack v3 :O what happened to that map ?

Hey, I don't know if anyone has asked this before, but when I try to join in a server, everybody is moving weird, like when people run forward, they either look like they're sitting and moving, or lying down, for 1 example. I have a Steam version of JKA, I installed MBII v1.0, put all of the files in the GameData folder, and set my launch settings as "set +fs_game MBII" without quotes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the mod, and tried restarting my PC, but this did nothing. I come ask of anyone who can help me with this problem, please. Thanks.

Did you have a version of Movie Battles prior to this?

Usually problems like that are animation related to the location of the mb_baseassets.pk3. As long as it is in your MBII folder and you're launching like you said you are, it should be fine. However, prior to V1, the MB_Baseassets.pk3 was in the base folder, which means it might be overwriting the file due to its location. Check to be sure it isn't there if you have installed MB2 before.

It wasn't in the base folder, but what I found in MBII was something similar, "z_MB_BaseAssets.pk3". I copied it and pasted it in the base folder, now everything is back the way it was.

I see that a detention block duel will soon be released based off the original Republic Cruiser. I wonder how the whole entire map is going...

It would be so cool if u could have more Separatist Battledroid skins available for the different classes. I have always wanted to look like one while playing as bounty hunter. :) Awesome mod anyways, Cheers!

Fell in love with this mod the second I laid my eyes on it years and years ago. I've barely looked at BaseJA since. One of the few games I always keep coming back to.
