Current faction are Rome and Gaul. Each factions have their weakness and strenghts. For example Rome has better infantry, but Gaul has better cavalry. This mod is meant to be some historical accuracy, aswell it's made for fun. Fun is the most important thing in this mod, because this mod gives great community.
The mod offers variety of Legions and Tribes, there are EU and NA ones too. We got variety of events too, Thursdays is the one more for EU players, Saturdays NA and EU, and Sundays it's more for NA players. So NA or EU players shouldn't worry about being event-less.

Some of you might be excited and are wondering what features will MnG 3.0 feature.
I'll give you the list of most important stuff!

-Added 2 more factions. These factions are Thrace and Germania, we will give more information when time comes.
-Added Gladiator troop class for the Romans, since we announced this while back, most of you probably know.
-Retextured Roman Hamatas.
-Added Grave Hasta for Roman Cavalry or all cavalry units for all factions will use the same kind of spear, but retextured(yet to decide which we take)
-Fixing balance we forgot to fix when releasing 2.3

If we finish the armors and etc. in soon enough time, the new version will release hopefully this week. :)

Incredible mod, and I hope you plan on adding more factions (also It would be cool if you turned thrace [yes I know its not completed yet] into maybe greek city states like Spartan hopolite, Athenian cavalry and Thracian Archers/slingers or something). Still a fantastic mod

I believe that MNG is a great mod!... for having only two factions, and now that it is being taken over by Dion and Il_Scipio I think it has even more potential than before!

To be honest this was fun for the first few matches, let's say 30 minutes. After that it just got repetitive. The same OSP that's been Mount and Gladius for years. Nothing is really NEW, there's nothing that stands out besides the Germanic tunics that make your eyes bleed just to look at them. It's balancing is sloppy, and not even close to being realistic to the items physical properties. A short sword is the same length as a long sword, does less damage, and is slower, whereas the longest, most…
