Could you put please Moldava ruled by Ştefan cel Mare and Ţara Româneasca ruled by Vlad Ţepeş(as known as Dracula).They fought a lot with the Ottoman Empire.If you want i can help with information about this two factions and their leaders :D

Russian Tsar just got the orthodoxy to his country but they werent Tertius Imperium ad Romanum!
The third Rome was Moscow when Russia, took the name RUSSIA.
The Third Reich was a self proclaimed 3rd Western Rome.
Remember, Rome split, The Holy Rome taking place as the second Western Rome, and Byzantine, taking place as the second True Rome. Moscow was the iconical 3rd rome, not the official.

Lol,In history,there were so many nations about the taking some of cultures from Sanctum Imperium Romanum,but they werent offically Imperium Romanum,for example:So many of balkan countries got some diffrent cultures from Byzantine,Ottomans got some of cultures from Byzantine and there were some of culturistic things in syria but did these nations take the place as III.Imperium Romanum? Holy Roman-Germen Empire,Austro-Hungary,sardinia-sicily,Third reich,benitto's italy,Kingdom of Romania and etc... whose took the place as Tertius Imperium Romanum,commrade.Yes as soundwave and you said,Russians were just iconical New rome but they werent officaly Tertius Imperium ad Romaé.
