the helmet looks strange ,i wish that u can proved us source because it looks funny :)
These are "akinji" cavalry i think. They were wearing wild animal posts that they hunted. Most of them were wearing eagle wings (that inspired polish hussars later in history).
They were very strange-looking and fearful riders.
