Now if only ranged weapons weren't totally useless in Morrowind...

im guessing ranged would be better if you double/triple chance to hit per skill level
btw why do they have crossbows in morrowind, but not oblivion? And why are armors in morrowind based on late medieval and oblivion has earley medieval concept? :/
