I've come across a couple of bugs that don't appear to have been reported.
-Advancing in rank with the Fighters' Guild does not cause a change in disposition among other members, nor does it affect the disposition of the Guild's friends or enemies. Advancing in all other factions causes disposition changes normally.
-When joining the Fighters' Guild or the Blades, the character screen does not add them to the list of factions you belong to. This does not seem to prevent any quests from being performed or inhibit advancement. I'm not sure if this is related to the above bug, as advancement in the Blades does cause a change in disposition among the Blades' allies and enemies as normal.
-Not sure if this is a bug, but the Stalhrim helmet has a slightly higher base defense than the other Stalhrim armor pieces (60 as opposed to 55).
-Not so much a bug as an oversight. Varvur Sarethi's bedroom is now locked. Access to this room is required in order to complete a necessary quest for House Redoran.

Are you using any other mods than Rebirth? I can't see why you're not able to see those factions in the character screen.. wierd. Same thing about the disposition, guess I'll have to actually play the game for once and see it for myself. I'll let you know if I'm able to solve it (if related to Rebirth).
You are correct about the helmet and that door, I'll fix it right away!
