Monsters is a Pokemon-inspired concept for Amnesia: The Dark Descent. You have the ability to fight with the models from the game, level up, evolve and grow stronger.
Really great use of music and custom too.

I really liked this one but the battle transitions got a little too annoying, after finishing one I step forward 2 times then starts a battle again :/

An interesting concept, but ultimately too repetitive. It starts off like a regular Amnesia story, but then **** gets weird real fast and suddenly, you're playing a Pokémon-type simulator. It can be a bit of fun and a laugh, just imagine you're playing Pokémon with random encounters, you get to level up your box and replace it with different objects from Amnesia like a barrel or a furnace, and with that your moves are different and stronger as well. Ultimately this proved too grindy for me and doesn't really fit Amnesia, and I gave up not too long into the game after losing quite a bit of progress by taking on tough enemies too early, it just drags on for way too long and this isn't the AMnesia experience I'm looking for. There seems to be a level warp, but if I didn't earn it, I aint gonna cheat my way. Cool concept but not for me, others may enjoy it.
This mod was so much fun!!!!
How could I not give this a 10/10? The sheer coding alone that it took to make this custom story is worth 10/10, nevermind the animations for each attack, nevermind how smooth the game feels, and nevermind the awesome music.

What ever you make it have to be awesome :D Voice acting, mapping don't wanna start about script (what probably took you 10 years to make :D). Everything is awesome, love it ! :) And keep doing great work like now ! :3
Good Things:
This is a really fun story to play. I never played Pokemon before, But i can tell, that this story is more of its own kind of game, If you love pokemon games and amnesia the dark descent or wants a relaxing and fun story, this is something for you.
The Ambience was amazing, Perfect battle music and map music, It makes you feel your playing Pokemon even if your not. With the oculus, this would probably be the mod of the year. Its fun and playable and its not Overly custom made, some maps looked custom but some didnt and i liked that, Fully custom made maps isnt always the best, sometimes you just want it to look like the old fun amnesia.
The story dont have much horror, But you still get creeped out at certain points. its a scary game for a reason.
Bad things:
It still got a few bugs and glitches, and at some point in the story, fighting will seem easy and not even challenging. and sometimes some monsters wont appear and you wont get all the abilities the mod has to offer.
Conclusion: i Recommend this game, It has great potential, still need some fixing but overall the best 2015 custom story made yet.
One of the best (if not the best) custom stories with an amazing idea and which completely changed the look of Amnesia. Only one mistake that I found, or that was for me, when I lost with a monster that is not a box I would never be able to get it back. Overall it would have been 10 but this is only thing that it wasn't good.
