I don't remember getting an email asking for permission to use my map....
In this picture he's only showing the Russian models he exported from Special Forces, not the map. You can only claim that he's disobeying copy rights if he uses it in the mod... unless you really don't like people using screens with your map. (assuming it really is your map)
