In the V4:
-new textures for monolit MK.1 (cop mod, with ui).
-new zombie green textures (oblivion lost remake).
-Old trader (the Dealer) replace Sidorovich (with ui).
-build monolith textures (monolith gasmasked, with ui).
-new textures for blue karlik (with new ui).
-military old (build) replace green military skat (with ui).
