Moba Allstars is a single standalone mod client combining what we consider the “just right” amount of old school, somehow retaining the original Dota/Warcraft’s soul and feel as much as possible by:
- Not over simplifying, dumbing down or eliminating Dota’s signature mechanics that made it unique and hardcore.
- Restoring the MOBA Genre to its original form with no "online registrations" or "mandatory Internet connections" required, meaning no stats, no pressure, no prejudice and hopefully reducing toxicity as you will be always playing with friends in a controlled environment (Controlled by you!).
- Making the noncompetitive (fun) side of the Genre the center of the meta again (as it once was), with heroes/champions that are fun and unique rather than extremely similar and boring.
- Hardcore gameplay and visual design. As we do not aim to cater all audiences on every single market we can afford to be our own beast, meaning that we can keep as much gore, blood and hardcore game mechanics as we want!
But keeping it "old school" did not mean forgeting some modern features so we added things like:
- State of the Art Graphics with Higher Resolution support, HD textures etc.
- Improved Net Code: Reduced Lag and better synchronization among players.
- Private Server Hosting, Customization and restored LAN play.
- In Game Guides
- VoIP
- Reconnect Option for lost connections..
- Improved Ai Bots for Coop Play
- Modern Os (Windows 8/10) support.
Finally, our most defining feature is the most crazy one:
For version 1.0, MA would incorporate 102 Heroes and Champions inspired by the TOP 20 most played heroes and champions from all the most popular MOBAS out there and use Smite's theme/lore as a base to create this holy grail or unholy union that would later become the current MOBA ALLSTARS: Legends.
