This mutator turns UT3 into a third-person shooter. It also allows the sniper zoom to work as intended (first-person view). Users can toggle between first and third-person views.

Might wanna have a look at the Impact hammer.
In third person i can't hit anyone with it
Impact Jumping impossible
I noticed that the other night in one of the rather rare instances of using the Impact Hammer. I have it fixed in version 2.3 and am waiting to see if any other bugs are found before releasing.
