It came to my attention recently that a "widescreen patch"( there is 2 of them already ) was released on github.
So my message is:
I`m not going to comment on the quality of those patches, just use them at your own risk. If a mod crashes on startup, now you know why.

Looks really nice. In order to have a Far Cry Classic experience in PC, is this mod compatible with the tent AI fix, SilentPacth (the one that restores landmass reflections) and the ironsights mod?

Garcy didn`t include the source code for his Crygame.dll . I don`t blame him, it`s like 2min of work. Who has time for that...
Btw, the minimap works in multiplayer, from what I`ve heard. That`s awesome news, considering it wasn`t designed for it.
Oh, too bad. But should work with minor patches like 1.4.1 and 1.4.3 ?
There was a crash report on those patches, I`ll look into it more this weekend. It was a mistake not to take them into consideration while coding.
The best solution would be to just implement 1.4.3 into the mod.
1.41 patch alters very little, only fixes a bug where AI could see trought tents and stuff...
So it should be good.
1.4.3 on the other hand is based on Mixer`s scripts, so you would need to merge the minimap code into it.
I`ll release the minimap for 1.4.3 in the near future[TM].
Just found a changelog:
-- Reverted SAW back to 1.33 levels.
-- Reverted Shotgun back to 1.33 levels. An early, improved shotgun that was not supposed to be in 1.4 somehow made it in final scripts.
-- Fixed vehicle bullet damages. Buggy now takes 100 bullets to destroy. Humvee now takes 200 as intended.
-- Reverted canvas bullet stoppage to full. This will stop the single player AI from seeing through buildings.
-- Modified Clivey's fix for bino bug to be less of a hamper on normal sniping yet still be a fix for the bug.
I've also created a new PB config to allow for the new file and md5 check for it. I've also disallowed a SystemCfgOverride.cfg in the root folder and only allow cmdrate at default of 40. This should help put everyone on the same playing field.
