This looks like one of the better mods I've ever seen for a S.T.A.L.K.E.R game, you guys are really putting a lot of thought into it, it seems. You may be merging a bunch of mods but it's the polish and the gameplay tweaks I'm seeing that's going to make it great.

My only negative comment is that I dislike the Galil firing sound, it seems a little... Stock-ish? But that's hardly an issue. I've just always been big on sound in games, especially for weapons. I can always change it myself. :P

Oh, and is that Beretta fully automatic in this video? :o

That is a Beretta firing fully automatic.
Sounds are easy to change. Just rename and replace.

Fluffy22 is correct; that is a full-auto enabled Beretta. I felt, however, that changing the base gun for everyone automatically would be dumb, so it is sold as a separate option.

It behaves and upgrades the same, but now it's an "option" if you want it. Other auto/burst weapons:

Fort-12 CQP (Close Quarters Pistol) - single, triple, auto
Browning High Power - single, triple
Beretta - single, auto
Walther P99 - single, triple
SIG P220 - single, triple
USP .45 - single, auto

Additionally, we have five (I think) new pistols as well. Includes the GSh-18, the FN Five-seveN, the Stechkin APS, the OTS-33, and the Tokarev-Tula (TT) 33.

The Stechkin APS and the OTS-33 are full-auto by default, where-as the other three are not, but make up for this in varying ways.
