IMO, I think a jetpack would look better. But, Its your mod!
i made it like that so it wont conflict with jap rocket angles ,any way it is here to see ur opinions ,if most ask for jetpack then so be it

not so conflicting I see. rocketeers looks much bulkier and the style more "down-to-earth". and it wouldn't called "rocketeer" if not using rockets. :P
I Love it, its extreemly cool, but he does make a point, no rockets means it cant really be a rocketeer, but i deffinitly like this version better then a rocketeer. Truthfully I find a helicopter that you can strap on your back cooler then a jetpack. Keep up the good work.

up to now 3 yes / 5 no looks like it will be more ra2 like than this style

I think this is better than RA2 rocketeer.
It has more GDI jumpjet trooper feel then RA2 rocketeer
That helmet looks like the one of Darth Vader
