'The Mighty 28th: Battle for Cassino' tells the story about the fearsome 28th Maori Battalion of the 2nd New Zealand Division. The Mod will take place during 17th of February - 20th May, 1944. Focusing on the Main events of the 2nd & 3rd Battle for Cassino. (but not exclusive) of the 1st & final 4th. During this mod you will play through the eyes of a 18yr old fighting at the front of the spearhead with his friends, and family alike. For the Maori Battalion they would find themselves fighting alongside their brothers, friends and relatives, so for this reason expect fighting alongside a highly moral injected fighting force, It's truely going to be a whole different experience of war.

The Mod
- The mod will be a mix of Fiction and Historical data used in a fully authentic environment.
- Tactical thinking and concealment will be a necessity.
- Survival will be a test of patience. For certain death will be behind every corner, tree, pile of rubble and hole in the wall where a lone sniper lies.
- Take part in what was the siege of Monte Cassino.
- A truely different experience! and a remarkable story to be told.

I Have slowely been churning out models. The team has now dropped down to just me. =) I have semi-finished by StuG IIIG. But I have no Idea how to texture it, Lol. I'm trying to learn with the tools and the tutorials that I am given. But it will be a painfully slow progress.

it's me again cuzzie,yeah bloody cassino aye bro i c you where working on the right tanks(panzers),one the countless stories we read about is that the 28th ran into after taking hold of that rail way station and looseing many men the germans counter attacked with a tiger tank what could you do brother absoulutely nothing,but for them 64 years ago was to evacuate and leave many of there whanuaunga behind unable too go back untill six weeks later.
