MidEast Crisis is a total conversion for the EA game Command and Conquer Generals : Zero Hour. It is a mod featuring Israel and Syria in a hypothetical modern war setting.
This is a non-political, non-biased mod, where no party is good nor evil. Both factions have their own unique arsenal and abilities.
MidEast crisis also contains a new gameplay element where you battle for “Key Locations”. Enormous efforts have been made to provide an authentic feel to the project, including the traveling of several team members to Israel to record authentic Israeli and Arab voices and audio samples.
Accompanied by a soundtrack, which was recorded in a professional recording studio, MidEast Crisis is all about atmosphere.

It’s been a while but we are still in the process of creating version 2.0 of MidEast Crisis for. The upcoming tournament! We are also pleased to inform that MidEast Crisis has been featured in the December issue of Pc Gamer!

Not only that, this radar outpost will be filled with goodies as it can fly in reinforcements all over the map.
It can also send out a Blackhawk with a minigunner hanging out the side to spray a certain area with bullets! More updates for the Syrians coming soon, as for now we have the Machinegunner.
This nifty little piece can walk around and deploy anywhere. It can fire AA and Anti-Ground.
With its powerfull .50cal machinegun it’s a menace to any infantry and aircraft. Its accuracy isn’t that great, but that’s compensated with firepower. Stay tuned as more updates are coming soon! The 1.5 zip file only contains 3 big files, and I'm fairly sure it does have a readme...
Anyways, uninstalling the mod is just deleting those 3 big files, if it says "they're in use" that means the game is either still running (runs .big files), or it didn't close properly which means its still loaded in the game memory.
Try restarting your system and then deleting those files.

Hey guys, My friend downloaded this mod and is trying to unistall it. He says it came with no readme telling him how so he just unistalled generals...well he says now there are files in there weired ones he thinks are form the mod that he can't delete...like when he trys to it gives him a weried messege saying it can;t be moved or deleted. any advice?

Dude would you lay off the realism your rant it's not that kind of mod. Besides an artillery with a range of 600-1000 is severely OP
A word off advice,
Give ALL units more range,
aspecialy artillery and tanks,
This is why this mod gets boring kinda quick
and tanks still fire big fat shells at a maxiumum range of 50 meters
the rest is awesome, but keep that in mind
Tanks=300
MG Units=150-200
Artillery=600-1000
Some weapons are just vanilia ones with new sounds
Please implement this, this will make gameplay less slow and dull
