MidEast Crisis is a total conversion for the EA game Command and Conquer Generals : Zero Hour. It is a mod featuring Israel and Syria in a hypothetical modern war setting.
This is a non-political, non-biased mod, where no party is good nor evil. Both factions have their own unique arsenal and abilities.
MidEast crisis also contains a new gameplay element where you battle for “Key Locations”. Enormous efforts have been made to provide an authentic feel to the project, including the traveling of several team members to Israel to record authentic Israeli and Arab voices and audio samples.
Accompanied by a soundtrack, which was recorded in a professional recording studio, MidEast Crisis is all about atmosphere.

As of today our MidEast Crisis mod profile is active.
This is also a reminder to people who missed the official MidEast Crisis Teaser, which is now online and can be viewed at www.isotx.net.
The Isotx team has just returned from CampZone 2005, where they promoted MidEast Crisis and launched the first Beta.
In the past few days, the mod has been updated, and tweaked so it is perfectly balanced.
Also some minor bug fixes have been made.
The public release of version 1 will commit along with the release of the modToaster.

Hey ISOTX...whats with the mod, i downloaded it via modtoaster, and when i try to open it it gives me a error says something like "Couldn't find file 0MeCMaps.big"

I thought the movie was cool, never liked the games of SST.
That SST mod for generals is total bs, and it's dead for point 2...
But meh, no big deal ISOTX
Ah well...there go my dreams, anyway mideas crisis rules, but i got a bug in the MOD, playing as Syrian, the voices of the units are all f*cked up... i can barely hear them and there like crackling and such.
well if you want t SST mod, there already is one for generals and it is not completly dead yet, but there is a better SST game:

its a mod for EaW. Trust me, this one is going to be worth it also, and one more reason to get EaW.
wow i like it :), only problem is that the AI dont work on the custom map i made.
