MidEast Crisis is a total conversion for the EA game Command and Conquer Generals : Zero Hour. It is a mod featuring Israel and Syria in a hypothetical modern war setting.
This is a non-political, non-biased mod, where no party is good nor evil. Both factions have their own unique arsenal and abilities.
MidEast crisis also contains a new gameplay element where you battle for “Key Locations”. Enormous efforts have been made to provide an authentic feel to the project, including the traveling of several team members to Israel to record authentic Israeli and Arab voices and audio samples.
Accompanied by a soundtrack, which was recorded in a professional recording studio, MidEast Crisis is all about atmosphere.

Jerusalem is under siege, heavily armored soldiers from Europe make claim to the Holy Land in the name of peace and equality. Those fighting for Israel and Islam separately contemplate their fates, wondering how it came to this. They share the same god, yet kill each other in his name. They face similar hardships, yet aim to compound them in the other. How is it that one of the most sacred places known to man, has seen so much bloodshed?
M1A3 Abrams and F-35's may have replaced knights and horses, police action may have replaced religious fervor but the fact remains that at the end of the day, the Holy Land may yet again be under control of the West.
Welcome to the future, and the second Mideast Crisis.
"Mideast Crisis 2"(MeC2) is a total conversion for "Command and Conquer 3: Tiberian Wars" and is developed by Isotx as the sequel to its "Command and Conquer: Generals - Zero Hour" conversion "Mideast Crisis". The staff for MeC2 is largely composed of core team members from past SAGE engine mods such as; Blitzkrieg 2, Halogen (now known as Asylum), Mideast Crisis and Rise of Rome.
MeC2 features 3 distinct factions; Israel Defense Forces, the Guardians of Islam and the UN Peacekeepers which you can play in both multiplayer and singleplayer spanning maps (and missions) from Beirut to Jerusalem.
MeC2's gameplay focuses on occupation warfare within cities using 3 types of resources; moneyfuel (from oil derricks and gas stations) and special ammunition (from ammo crates). We're also bringing back secondary resources in the form of; embedded reporters, settlements and hacking. (from occupation taxes),
Stay tuned in the upcoming weeks and months, we have a great deal of surprises and innovations to show.

Come on, its not a hard question, are the other generals still available???
no
Thanks Louie, at least someone can answer my questions :)
Great mod, anyways, does this still keep the other factions like china and gla?
when i install the 1.5 version, error comes up
eeem, what no body?
great mod people! this is one of the finest mods there is for ZH. all the technologies, equipment and tactics have been thoroughly researched for this game (think THEL: the israelis have actually considered this technology for the defense of their border with lebanon, 9 units are needed to adequately defend that border against missile attacks). this game reinvigorated my interest in current and future military technology.
i just have a teeny bit of a problem with the AI. it's way too hard at the easy level. one of my first strategies was to construct a proper defense, hold off enemy attacks and wait out until the enemy exhausts his resources. but then again, every game is a learning experience. kudos to the Mideast Crisis team!
Yeah really this game is hard as hell...
I suspect you guys made the ai have infinite resources.
Because in barely 3 minutes the ai already had tanks assaulting my base where I even have barely begun to construct the war factory.
lol i would do is..you probably deleted a ordinary zero hour file or you are missing 1 mec file if you have technical problem.....
HEYYY
