Im assuming the mod has Natural enviroments already installed with it? because normal oblivion is dull as grey.

yeah, great color pallet! The yellows and green really contrast with the blue sky.
Why does it say in the the install instructions that you NEED to uncheck ALL mod in order to play this?
Cause MERP is not compatible with every mod ;)
