This mod is a merge of work from some of the best modder's on the Stalker scene. The Merge mod is made up of a selection of mini-mods and other additions put on top of Atmosfear 3, Absolute Nature 3.1 (full version), OWR 2.1(extended version), Variation mod. Artifacts mod, Unreachable stash fix, Zone grenades(reward only), Bar music, Extra outfits and helmets. There's numerous tweaks such as how your now unlikely to find any high end weaponry in stashes(randomised content still) and the Underpass can be revisited, The read me includes the credit list. I've been meaning to move this from the Rus Trans mod page for some time so here it is.

It's not a hud mod guys it's the dynamic helmet mod. It means that all third person views and cut scenes will show the correct helmet with the correct outfit so if your wearing the tactical helmet with a novice outfit it shows it and if your not wearing a helmet with the duty suit it'll show that. Fixed it and it wasn't a weight issue it was a download fault some files missing or corrupted so i downloaded again this time all ok but still want to sort out the movement though they are a little slow other than that great mod.

I tweaked the run speed slightly because I think he runs around too fast, ie dog's etc shouldn't be out run so easily, However I only reduced it a tiny bit and I increased the jump speed a tiny bit to make sure you can reach the same places (I used my Devolution settings for that as it was thoroughly tested).

I presume that's what you mean by slow or is it something else.

It uses the COP Original Weapons Renewal, I haven't added spawns but I've tweaked them very slightly so you also come across Izloms, Zombies, Cats and the odd Rat, I didn't want to add lots of spawns as it tends to break quests if your not careful, There is a slight increase in numbers but it's more about a little extra variety rather than loads of monsters everywhere, The zone can still feel lonely at times especially Pripyat.

firstly its definitely was not the weight limit on looking at other specs from different mod i found that some files didn't download like the system file this i think effected the weight hence exhaustion.
secondly as for movement i understand about the speed against dogs even the bores but still needs a tweak its more the walking and crouching to me the walking seams a little slow and sounds like stomping/plodding and walking backwards should be about the same as forwards i know i can walk just as quick either way and as for crouching that to seams to slow specially when going for cover etc this goes for all mods.
ideally the game could do with a crawl/prone movements in our dreams LOL!
as for the rest of the mod its very good and top marks for the weapons and items etc. the graphics/designs are outstanding.

Thank you for this! I have been looking for something like this. I was actually going to start doing something like this for me, but it always caused crashes! Thanks! The new OWR weapons are amazing, love that AKM 74/2.

Do you know how to merge it with GOTZ? While I don't like cheating, I take my time in playing the game, this causes quest-related stuff to disappear.

I never use GOTZ so I haven't done a merge, What is it that disappears, The only thing I can think of is the Pripyat body with the explosives and thats easily avoidable by not taking the task from the Colonel until your going to do it. I've got another version of this aswell which has MSO in with it. I never used Af3 this time though just AF1 and AN 3 full, I'm currently checking for bugs.

Is there a chance to get MSO in this as well? I heard that AF1 is quite buggy.

Oh, and, I always get the task from the Colonel. Because to avoid Sokolov and Vano dying, I kill everyone in the bookstore first, so he always give it via radio.

Different task, I mean the one after you see him when coming out of the Pripyat lab, When you come up from the lab you get a message to go and see him. Once you see him a body in spawns in Pripyat with explosives that you need to blow the kindergarden door, if you don't go get them and leave the map the body disappears. So don't go see him until your ready to do that task. When you get his radio message to go see him just ignore it and travel the maps as you wish until your ready to do that stage.

Where did you read that Af1 was buggy?

Several forums, I didn't try it. I just stick to AF3, but I don't use separate mods anymore, just modpacks/all in ones.

I forgot to mention that in the read me, You need to switch a file over based on the settings you use IE: DX9 or DX10/11, To switch files go into the following folder:

gamedata/configs/ui

in this ui folder you see a file named ui_ingame.ltx and a folder called scopes. The scopes folder contains 2 versions of that file, one of them is the same as the one in the actual ui folder and one isn't, Switch to the other one in the gamedata/configs/ui folder.

I got that exact error once when I was doing some testing. I wanted to have faster load times for the test so I decided to quickly revert back to default settings by deleting my user.ltx file. I opened the game and loaded a save without changing anything and it would crash.

Managed to fix it by opening the game, configuring video settings and then closing the game to create a fresh new user.ltx and then loading the save after that, so I'd say try creating a new user.ltx file.

I was wondering how you added the anomalies and radiated water? Is this from SGM? I am trying to add radiated water and anomalies to Misery 2 but I don't know which files to look for or if it would even work?

The water is an easy one, just add the gamedata/gamemtl.xr file from this to Misery, presumably Misery does not have this file in it. The anomalies around the map require adding to the all.spawn. If you know how to work on it I could send you a read me with the additions that you'll need to copy paste into each maps file for them. I'm pretty sure Misery has it's own all.spawn so you can't just switch them you'll need to make the additions into it's own one. I don't mind giving you a copy pastable set of anomalies for it though. The water file came from either SGM or Smrter 0.41, I can't remember which. I transferred some of the anomalies from a small Russian mod I can't remember the name of and used those as a template to travel around adding others.

Dear David, i know that this might sound silly to ask this question but i hope that you might help me with my problem .. in stalker COP, i have an issue with some mods while some other mods works flawlessly. for example i am able run complete mod, i work alone mod, arsenal overhaul mod, pripyat reborn mod, redux mod ..But i am unable to run SGM 2.2, misery 1 mod, swartz mod and Merge mod 2013, the issue regarding these mods that it runs, then crashes when loading (on the screen of 100 zone tips, it always does this with all the above 4 mods).
System specs:
CPU : core2duo e8400 3 ghz cash 6
memory : 4 giga ddr3
grapics: sapphire hd 6770 1 GB ddr5
deeply sorry to bother you but i thought that you would be the only persons to help me with this issue

Hi..i have problem with some weapons ironsight zoom..so far i saw on mp5 and martha..on mp5 the crosshair is about 1 cm below ironsight and on martha is few milimeters above..plz fix
I'll upload some pics with those bugs..and can you tell me how to remove crosshair in both ironsight zoom and no ironsight zoom?

All the weapon settings are how they come with OWR, There is different files for the lightning setting your using so make sure your on the correct set and you shouldn't have any problems.

It would include loads of little additions in each file for the extra ammo types and extra gun versions, also it will need you to rename some mesh files.

Perfect fix for me. New issue with the GP37 though: When I zoom in I get this screen: Imgur.com

Any idea what's offsetting the ironsights in this case? haven't been able to check any other scopes yet, too early in the game.

If you look in the configs/ui/textures_descr folder there is a scopes folder. It has a selection of ui_ingame files for use depending on which graphic settings your using, ie DX9 or DX10/11. hopefully that is the file you need to switch , having not tried it with a non widescreen monitor it may not be that but hopefully it is, let us know.

Checked my computer uses dx 11. Not sure how to check if stalker is using a different version due to steam though. Currently it only has dx 10/11 folder

That's because the one already in place is for DX 8/9 so move it to the scopes folder so you don't lose it and move the one in the DX 10/11 folder out to the main folder. The scopes folder is just a storage folder the files need to be in the ui/textures_descr folder to actually work, you'll see that the dx 8/9 one is in there now so move it to the scopes folder and move the one in the dx10/11 folder out to replace it.

moved the ui_ingame from inside scopes to replace the one which was in ui/textures_descr in gamedata folder. Then moved old ui_ingame back to old DX 10/11 folder. no dice sadly

Dear David.m.e, please help me, i have been trying to play your fantastic mod, but it always crash,my system specs are fairly decent, and can play vanilla stalker on maximum settings (resolution : 1366 * 768), i have tried every thing that can be tried but with no success and i noticed that all crash are somewhat related to memory although i have 4 GB of ram DDR3, but i found out the reason of the crash as i am using windows7 ultimate 32 bit. So i though why don't i try to upgrade to a 64 bit, and i did.. and viola .. it worked flawlessly. However, it seemed that my computer couldn't handle the 64 bit system and began crashing a lot which forced me to sadly return to the 32bit version. And like before i can't play your mod because it seems that it is compatible only with 64 bit systems. Can you please do anything to make your mod compatible with 32 bit systems or to make it use less memory than it uses now because - as i told you before - the crash nature is because of memory handling in 32 bit systems. Sorry for annoying you with my long message but i desperately want to play your mod. Thanks mate in advance.

hi, This mod is a 3gb fix patch, It has two parts, One part is for the main game and one part is for the Operating system. DO NOT use the game part. DO USE the operating system part as it allows 32 bit operating systems to use more ram, You need a minimum of 4gb's of system ram which you have so use the OS part of the patch and it should help you.

There may be some other underlying issue though, It would be better if you could find out what the problem is with using a 64 bit OS, especially if you now have one to use. See if any of your components like the motherboard have such a limitation, My other PC is a HP model and it came with a dual core Athlon II and 3gb's of ram, It turned out my motherboard would only allow a 4 core Phenom II and not the 6 core I wanted to use with it and it only allowed a max of 4gb's of ram, maybe your's has an OS limit in place, If not it may just be some other incompatible software you can update. Anyway here's the link, remember to only use the OS part.
