Merciless Mod 2 V3+ Project revises a former unstable mod and aims to make it a serious contender in the modding community. Classes have weapon selection adjustments such as landmines with defuse chance, special grenades, overall firearm selection rearrangements and much more. This mod has war effects and blood mod build in. Players can pick among Soldiers, Medics, Officers, and Support Classes. Some classes having exclusive weapons.

Merciless Mod 2 V3.3 Multiplayer Mod

I'm pleased to announce after many long hours of work, Merciless Mod 2 V3.3 has been released. The most noticeable and essential update is removal of rotating message system, which crashed the game if it ran a pure server. This is no longer the case. Moreover, there has been major class adjustments. Every class excluding Medic now has one landmine with defuse abilities. The defuse chance is greatest with the Engineer/Officer (80%) and second is Support (70%). Many unnecessary weapons were removed due to being almost duplicate, and I believe the Deployable MG system was a very useless weapon. Can't think of anyone who uses deployable weapons in CoDUO so why have it a similar thing in CoD2?

The list of revisions is almost end-list but hear is the main stuff: Engineer are now Officers which is a Rifleman Class. Medics have SMG and shotguns. Support is Mobile MG or PPSH Drum, Assault Rifle (if any), and SMG. Other classes are the same. Instead of only allied fire grenade and axis gas grenade, both teams have fire grenades and gas grenades. Chopped out unneeded custom sound files.

I tested this mod via listen and dedicated server mod. Though I don't know how it will react with lets say 30 players or so. Perhaps the community can test this mod out so more. Overall it seems much more stable though.
