Okay, I made it work and played it. It was awesome! You have improved a lot since Mercenary I. Congratulations, don't stop keeping BoD alive!
How can you make it work?
Hi Guest, this is what I did:
First extract the mod, and copy the main MercenaryII folder (the one that has all the scripts, pictures and that stuff) to your Maps folder. Then you place the whole folder, the one that has another MercenaryII folder inside of it, in your Mods folder.
After doing that I could choose a character and play.
Thank you very much for your instruction, I use your method to make it work, but another promblem comes out: I can't load the saved game. It means I have to play it from begin to end without saving even once...

Where is the Ancient Rusty Key?
Hi MUSAHASHMI, sorry for the late reply.
(SPOILER WARNING for people that haven't played the mod yet)
I'm a bit confused about key names right now, but this might help you if you haven't managed it yet.
A key named "Ancient Key" is in a small hallway blocked by rocks, next to the room where you find the Amulet of the sun (I think). Look behind a small rock in the ground to find it.
The other key whose name I can't remember (might be the one you're looking for, since it took me a while to figure it out) is in the courtyard in which you fight a great orc that uses Barbarian weapon and moves. Check the columns in the middle, there is a loose stone in the furthest one that you can activate to open a wall. Inside, you can find a rusty key.
thank you Borer for your diligent reply...haha I found this key in a big hallway where the door of the loose rock occur without noticing your kind reply .. now in the current position I'm fighting with the three skeleton after attach the gym in the middle stone
If you ever see this, I've just remembered that the first key I talked about is not next to the room with the Amulet of the Sun (this one is, in fact, in the open). It is in the room where you have to PLACE an amulet. Sorry about the confusion.
