It would look far better without the hand and pistol.

great effect but due to the fact that the gun is not blurred it makes it a bit ugly
ill blame the source engine for that lol. its cozthe hand isnt moving relative to the camera as they are moving as one.
Yay motion blur. My favorite effect for Pc games or mods.
