After Act One the Soviets emerge victorious and control the entire European continent. They've built a large prison facility in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, which in this timeline is never completely destroyed. Now a city transformed into a fortress, where the Soviets hold one of their most valuable prisoners. Warhawk isn't supposed to have anti air, and won't have.

That's intentional, not a bug.

Naval Yards repair each ship one by one, and need money for that. If you won't have money, no ship will be repaired. If you will have, then once one ship is repaired, another one moves in to get repaired (as long as you ordered them to move to the Naval Yard). No clue if it will be changed or not.

There won't be separate factories for flying units. Even if it would be possible, there aren't enough air units to justify adding a separate factory for that (all but 1 subfaction have either 1 or 2 air vehicles in total).

Changelog already mentions Ravens getting a sight range increase. So yes, it will get changed.

The blittercrashes aren't related to the specs of your PC as far as I know. Most modern-day PC's are powerful enough to play Mental Omega since it only has slightly higher requirements than the original Yuri's Revenge.
