"Stolen from" is too rude i think. Maybe "inspired by" is closer to the truth. Besides, any RL-concept can't be called stolen, mainly because it is firs of all a RL-concept. Anyway, this unit seems to be a good additiont to the gameplay.
Actually RoTR traded Boris for Grumble with Mental Omega if you catch my drift ;)

Every time I go look back at the images featuring revision 2, I get more excited. Will No Dilemma (first Epsilon mission in 2.0...I think) feature a take over of the Kremlin? The newly designed Moscow looks killer!

Get any ROTR Game-play video, I mean Russia VS USA, If you saw The Grumble cameo from ROTR, Then notice The Grumble cameo from Mental Omega, It's 70% Different.
Perhaps they mean "reference" by "cameo", rather than "unit's icon". But even then, most of the unit icons in ROTR are based on RL photos, so if MO team does use the RL photos for cameos too, there could be similarities. Though I don't see one here.

There are numerous T-55 and Abrams Tank Voxels created during the hayday of RA2 modding. How is this any different just that 2 Mods with Soviets in them both have GRUMBLE
