Is the Tesla Cruiser Amphibious unit ?

1. Archon is not a teleporter unit.
2. No miner is amphibious.
3. Nuwa Cannon is an experimental nuclear tank. You can see it in action in the latest video that has been posted on YouTube (and will be up on ModDB as well soon).

Well, one of them is Typhoon. The other one is a capital naval unit for Russia. They don't get the Dreadnought.
We're testing a very short EMP on Tesla Cruiser's weapon. Other than that, it's been buffed enough to be comparable with other T3 tanks like Apocalypse or Abrams. ATM it's the fastest T3 tank ingame, unique for Russia.
Archon doesn't work like IFV.
