gonna have to stop following MO
everytime i see an update i get excited - then i remeber my win7 64 system and am left gutted.
i did have a x86 laptop with an acceptable prossesor and good GPU - but it gave up the ghost recently
you guys do great work. pity that i can no longer enjoy your efforts

I don't get your problem. I'm using a win7 64 bit-system, too. And it works.
Can you be spesific on your problem please. I have Windows 8.1 with media center and it Works berfectly.
I also have 64bit Windows 7, but the mod works nice. What issues do you have?
Have you tried running it in comparability mode? Have you ran the game as Administrator?
I´m a win7 64 user like you and I never had a single problem with MO.

1. Make sure you have a clean copy of RA2:YR and 2. Run as Administrator

Beautiful.
The purple does look a little too sharp that it's kind of hurting to the eyes. Perhaps it could be darkened a bit. Just my two cents, though. :P
