Medieval Kingdoms: Total War is a total conversion of Total War: Attila with brings the game to the high middle ages, set in the starting year of 1212 AD going until 1453 AD. This mod will completely revamp the game with new factions, units and much much more! (Yes this is the same mod team as for the Rome 2 version.)

Looks awesome, although the first two are a bit too similar to my liking.
They're like, Latin Empire and Achean Empire? Could they perhaps have differant faces at least?
Or is it the same guy, and is one the Achean Empire and the other if you unite the currently fallen apart Byzantine Empire?
Other than that minor gripe, great work!
I think it's in first the Emperor of Trebizond (Alexios Komnenos) and next the Emperor of Nicaea (Theodore Laskaris).

No the Latin Empires are Latins and would wear Knightly Armor, more likely than not the First one is Nicean Empire and the Second Trebizond.

So no that is no Alexios Komnenos cause the mod takes place, way after his time.
He meant Alexios Komnenos I of the Trebizond (same lineage, different place), who is still alive in 1212 ;)

Having UNIQUE FACTIONS LEADERS is very important, I am willing to donate good money to see you make the factions or at least the factions leaders unique and not copies of one another like the first two from the top in the pic. Greatly appreciated you reading this.

Nice but the ruler of "Kievan" Rus should look better. That helmet was bad chosen and that armor is not good enough for a Grand Prince.
