Medieval Kingdoms: Total War is a total conversion of Total War: Attila with brings the game to the high middle ages, set in the starting year of 1212 AD going until 1453 AD. This mod will completely revamp the game with new factions, units and much much more! (Yes this is the same mod team as for the Rome 2 version.)
Some of the added units we've added to the Kievan Rus faction done by new team member Alexios.

Sry, but they don`t looks like Rus spearmens. Also Russians used guns and crossbows in XIV cent. too. They called it Pishal (gun) and Samostrel (crossbow). http://history.snauka.ru/2014/06/1038 You can check this site for more information.
UPD. I found more pictures for you http://cg-warrior.com/index.php?topic=9557.0
As you can see the pictures name is Westernized Spearmen, that means that they wear some western armors.Logic, no?

I mean that I never heard about use of the western uniform in Russia of the 13-15th centuries. even on the contrary, many Russians have adopted at east states during invasion of the Golden Horde. And I didn't see anywhere a mention that Russians used so-called "iron hats" (kapellin) which were carried by the European sergeants. And also manual kulevrina (pishals) have appeared in Russia in 1400AD+, approximately at the same time, as in Europe. I will believe you if you find to me at least one mention of the Russian troops with the western armor. Logic, no?
Look, Kievan Rus occupies most of modern Ukraine territories, while you are talking about modern Russia Slavic/Rus territories that really had Cuman and Mongolian influences.Such regions like Galicia or Volhynia, that are situated in western Ukraine really had Polish and Hungarian influences and it was not strange to see warriors with western armors there.

You're thinking of the 15th century. Europeans didn't use handheld firearms until at least 1400.

According to some information manual arquebuses existed since 1339. In 1379 in Germany the first wick arkebuza have appeared. These technologies have come to Russia later, but nevertheless were used.
You're thinking of hand cannons and hook guns (not arquebuses).
