I just downloaded XVc but it asks me what program I want to use to open it. Do I need to download something else first before I can run this d2 mod?

D2SE MM does not support 1.13d yet, so any other program handles it as of now ?
Copy the patch file into your D2 folder and replace it.
just extract and overwrite but make sure u backup d2 lod ;)
You need to have Diablo 2 : LoD v1.13 installed and switch out the Patch_D2.mpq from the original to the Median XL VXc Patch_D2.mpq.

this mod really rocks! I finished downloading the mod, then when I tried extracting the files, "patch_d2.mpq" file is corrupt. So I downloaded the file again and still the same problem. So I downloaded the previous version which is XV and still the same problem of "patch_d2.mpq" file is corrupt.
I used Winrar and 7zip in trying to extract the files. Can someone please help
